Who We Are:
We are a holistic wellness lifestyle brand and community. We create physical wellness products to care for the whole of you, not part of you.
We encourage, support, inspire and empower overcomers on their journey to wellness.
We are for women using wellness to overcome their mental health whilst in pursuit of their healthiest, happiest and best self.

One thing is rarely the answer, it’s all part of an equation:

Our Mission: To Help Women Overcome Poor Mental Health Through Holistic Wellness and Live in Freedom, Happiness and Purpose.
Change and healing can only truly happen from the inside-out. We believe that wellness, freedom, happiness and purpose go hand in hand. We all have our own unique gifting, purpose, dreams and desires, and only by living in alignment with our true self can we really experience fulfilment and reach our full potential.
We believe everyone deserves to live a happy, healthy, fulfilling, inspiring and impactful life. At MindsideOut. we believe in freedom, happiness and purpose and we help those in our community to find and thrive in theirs.
We empower overcomers on a journey to better mental, physical, emotional and holistic health by laying strong foundations of The NERS Method.

The NERS Method
Nourishment
To flourish, we must nourish the most important parts of our whole being. We must nourish our mind, body and soul.
Exercise
Exercise is not only good for your body, it is proven to improve our mood and our attitude, it’s a natural anxiety & stress reliever and is vital for our overall wellbeing.
Routine
A daily routine provides structure, balance and consistency which is imperative for managing our emotional and mental health.
Sleep
Getting enough hours of consistent quality sleep is no less important than oxygen, food or water. Sleep is necessary to allow our body and mind to undergo restoration and is essential for maintaining good health.

The struggle is part of the story and preparation for the victory.
“We all have a story. The difference is: do you use the story to empower yourself? Or do you use your story to keep yourself a victim? The question itself empowers you to change your life.”
